Caregiver Care plan Orientation/Training log (Sort by CSM)

Currently you can only pull up the Caregiver Care Plan Orientation/Training Report by PS or DCS. Which pulls up all client's orientations logs that have been signed/not signed and you are not able to sort by CSM.

Idea Background

Add a button to Sort by CSM. This way CSM's can sort the orientation report by their current client's/DCS's.

Idea Benefit

CSM would be able to pull up only their clients and DCS orientation/Training log and not have to sort through all clients and caregivers.
