Visit Review: Add Stats Area for Visibility

Some areas are tracking Visit Review stats by looking at the dashboard counts for Completed Documentation and Approvals and adding them to a spreadsheet to calculate percentages. Might be helpful to add gauges at the top (like Call Mgmt) or a stats area that allows offices to filter and see a count for visits w/missing documentation, visits w/missing approvals, and visits that have been marked as paper so they know what needs to be managed quickly.

Idea Background

Since there's not an existing dashboard or simplified stats report, this would provide immediate visibility to what needs to be managed on the dashboard.

Idea Benefit

Would prevent sites from having to track their own stats or request a query. Would also give more visibility to paperless vs. non-paperless visits in a given timeframe.
