BPCRM Referral Mailing List Report-Add Referral Status Filter

Requested by Shae Eaton in 7/24 Reports training call. It would be helpful to filter the mailing list by referral status, for example, run a mailing list report of clients w/open referral status vs. admitted.

Depending on what statuses are pulling into mailing list, offices may or may not want to reach out to clients in a certain status.
