BPCRM Referrals: Color code referrals with Admitted status

Provide a color code for referrals in Admitted status to easily differentiate them from other statuses when reviewing the list of referrals. Requested by Candace Dickerson in BPCRM Referrals Pilot.

Idea Background

Color coding admissions would override home visit color coding, so it's easier to see which referrals have been admitted when looking at full list. Perhaps color code to match Home visit screen so users can see that the referral and Admission record are tied together.
