BPCRM Sales: Integrated email communication and activity tracking

Offices would like the ability to compose and send emails directly from BPCRM while automatically creating the corresponding activity record. Additionally, inbound and outbound emails associated with BPCRM contacts should be automatically logged within BPCRM, providing a complete communication history without requiring manual data entry. Requested by BPCRM sales pilot group.

Idea Background

Currently, users must document an email activity in BPCRM and then switch to Outlook to send the actual email. This creates duplicate effort and increases the risk that communication activities are not recorded accurately.
