Link Visits: Allow hyperlink to review Scheduling Plans

Currently in linked visits, you can click on the visit hyperlink and be able to see the delivery plan/consumed units. We also have to review this for scheduling plans, but the hyperlink doesn't pull up consumed units.

We currently have to have 2 screens open to look up the consumed units on one screen and linked visits on the other screen.
