Allow Clients to Opt Out of Unscheduled Visits

Some clients do not want to be able to be searched on unscheduled visits due to privacy concerns.

we have had clients complain that any AWC caregiver can look up their names in unscheduled visits. They are concerned regarding privacy and HIPAA.
