Add the ability to process visits directly from the Care Coordinator App when CGs request Daily Pay for after-hours or weekend shifts

Idea Background We have encountered several caregivers whose shifts end after regular buisness hours or fall on weekends and who would like their worked hours processed pronptly. Having this capability would allow supervisors to address these requests in a timely manner, helping prevent frustration and resentment toward supervisors who are currently unable to complete a process that caregivers are told is available to them at the time of hire.
